DECEASED: Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Sanford Rhyne, age 91, died Saturday, January 31, 2015

FUNERAL SERVICE: 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel, Chesterfield, SC

INTERMENT: will follow in the Westfield Creek Baptist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 3, 2015 prior to the service at the Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mr. Rhyne was born October 25, 1923, in McFarlan, NC, the son of the late Jay Hoffman and Lilea Brock Rhyne. He was a 1941 graduate of Morven High School and was a retired Cabinet Builder and Farmer. Mr. Rhyne was a US Army Veteran of WWII, and was a lifelong member of Westfield Creek Baptist Church where he served as former Deacon, Sunday School Superintendent, and held other offices in the Church. Tommy loved reading his Bible, woodcrafts, and farming. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Margaret Aline Horne Rhyne and by his son Thomas Sanford "Chip" Rhyne, Jr.

Daughter: Sandra Rhyne Smith of Wake Forest, NC
Also 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren
