HISTORY: Mr. Perez was born in Guatemala, and had been in the United States for the past 31 years. He resided on Freeman Loop Road in Chesterfield. While in Chesterfield, Tito worked odd jobs for several individuals. He enjoyed riding his moped and bicycle. Tito prided himself with results of his excellent work. He will be truly missed by the family of friends he leaves behind.
