Tommy Lewis Privette

Community of Cason Old Field, NC

 Mr. Tommy Lewis Privette, age 82, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Thompson Creek Baptist Church by Dr. Ronnie Grizzle with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Saturday, prior to the service at the church.

 Mr. Privette was born November 19, 1942 in Wadesboro, NC a son of the late Levine Isaac and Nancy Ruth Jordan Privette. He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran of the Cuban Crisis and a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church. Tommy was a retired employee of Duff – Norton and enjoyed raising cattle and farming. In his earlier years, he enjoyed quail hunting and raising hunting dogs. 

 In addition to his parents, Mr. Privette was also preceded in death by his brothers, David, Jerry, Ronnie, Larry, and Billy Privette; and uncle, Leonard W. Privette.

 Survivors include his brothers, Alvin (Kay) Privette of Wadesboro, NC, and Michael (Debbie) Privette of Ruby, SC; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.
