History: Mr. Mills was born October 10, 1949 in Pageland, SC a son of the late Curtis Lee and Flora Lee Rushing Mills. He was an employee of Conbraco Industries, Inc. Tommy enjoyed cooking out, fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed working on cars and going to car shows.
