HISTORY: Mr. Bailey was born August 13, 1948 in Cornelius, NC a son of the late Joe and Inez Sansbury Bailey. He was a retired floor mechanic and a former member of the Charlotte Moose Lodge 1113. Tony enjoyed fishing and riding four wheelers. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jesse Lee Bailey and Barney Gray Bailey.
