HISTORY: Mrs. Rhyne was born February 6, 1970, in Chesterfield, SC, a daughter of Peggy Goodale Hurst Morrow and the late Billy Hurst. She was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and was a homemaker. Tracy was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. She enjoyed trips to the beach and mountains and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Tracy also loved flowers, animals, and her 80’s music.
