Vickie A. McCarn Quick

          Mrs. Vickie A. McCarn Quick, age 64, entered into rest on Friday, June 2, 2023 at her home with her family by her side. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Long Branch Baptist Church by Pastor David Roscoe and Pastor Marty Quick with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM Sunday, prior to the service at the church.

          Mrs. Quick was born December 19, 1958 in Concord, NC a daughter of Margaret Louise Miles McCarn and the late Richard McCarn. She was a 1977 graduate of Central High School and the retired manager of Water Oak Apartments and Pageland Place Apartments with over 35 years of service. A faithful member of Long Branch Baptist Church, Vickie enjoyed singing in the choir and other singing groups through the years. She also enjoyed working in her yards and finding a deal at the auctions with her husband.

          Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Ricky Quick of the home; sons, Marty (Angel) Quick of Jefferson, SC, and Chris Quick of Pageland, SC; mother, Margaret McCarn of Jefferson, SC; grandchildren, Savannah (Christian), Luke (Caroline), Madison, Riley, Reese, Lauren, Kylie, Tashia, Raegan, and Jocelyn; brothers, Jeff (Linda) McCarn of Jefferson, SC; John McCarn (Carol Hall) of Patrick, SC; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.
