Virginia Stroud Faile

Mrs. Virginia Stroud Faile, age 86, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 8, 2020. A Celebration of Life Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the Blackmon Cemetery in the Charlesboro Community of Lancaster County, SC officiated by Dr. Brian Saxon. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mrs. Faile was born in Kershaw County, SC on November 27, 1933 to the late Hazel and Ida Neal Stroud. She was married to the late J.T. Faile for more than 63 years, and was a faithful member of Second Baptist Church of Lancaster, SC.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Faile was also predeceased by a grandson, Wesley Brant Faile; and daughter-in-law, Carol Faile.

Survivors include her daughter, Debra F. (Sonny) Reagan of GA; sons, Brant Faile of FL, Derek (Cathy) Faile, and Kevin (Bonnie) Faile both of Maine; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Ernest Stroud and Bobby (Theo) Stroud both of Kershaw, SC; and sister, Phyllis S. Beachum of Charlotte, NC.
