HISTORY: Mr. Roscoe was born September 25, 1947, in Rockingham, NC, a son of the late Chester Montgomery Roscoe and Nannie Parker Roscoe. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and was a retired commercial truck driver. Mr. Roscoe was a former member of the SC National Guard. Willard enjoyed reading and was an avid race fan. In addition to his parents, Willard was also preceded in death by a grandson, Tyler Roscoe.
