HISTORY: Mr. Rivers was born July 13, 1948 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late William Jasper "Jack" Rivers and Betty Sue Watson Rivers. He was a retired employee of SCDOT and a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Frankie enjoyed horses, hunting, raising farm animals, and spending time with his friends. In addition to his parents, Frankie was also preceded in death by his brother Olin Rivers.

2 Sons: Bill (Michelle) Rivers of Ohio and Michael Rivers
2 Daughters: Jeannie (Mackie) McCormick and Crystal R. Rivers both of Chesterfield, SC
4 Grandsons: Jasper and Aaron McCormick, Adian Jordan, and Damian Rivers
Sister-in-law: Wanda O. Rivers of Chesterfield, SC
