Willie Mae Price Moore

Mrs. Willie Mae Price Moore, age 80, entered into rest on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor with burial to follow in the Ruby Church of God Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Tuesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Moore was born October 25, 1940 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Willie A. and Aline Watson Price. She was a retired employee of Chesterfield Manufacturing and a former Nurse’s Aide with Chesterfield Convalescent Center for many years. Mrs. Moore was a member of Ruby Church of God. Willie loved her cat, “Molly,” and ALL of Molly’s babies.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Edward Moore; sister, Margaret Ingram; brothers, Gerald Price, and Jerry Price; son, Billy Ray Moore; daughters, Rae Ann Hancock, and Shirley Jean Deese.

Survivors include her children, Penny Lindsey of Pageland, SC, Diane (Ricky) Melton of Ruby, SC, and Lorrie (Richard) Allison of Pageland, SC; sisters, Betty Gurley of Pageland, SC, Linda Black of Ruby, SC, and Rosie Medley of Rockwell, NC; 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
