HISTORY: Mr. Lisenby was born October 18, 1957 in Wadesboro, NC a son of the late Carson Thurlo and Margie Faye Gooden Lisenby. He was owner and operator of Joe's Auto Repair &Carburetor Shop. Joe loved drag racing and classic car shows, and enjoyed spending time at the beach and mountains. In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his loving wife, Cheryl Ann Oster Lisenby.
